The Portland Fire's bench spark Sara Ashley Barker is from Alabama so it can't be all bad! I've never been to Alabama but if it's as humid as Norfolk Virginia or Savanah Georgia, I'll pass. One of my old Navy buddies is a postman in Pittsboro North Carolina and it's beautiful there.

Yeah this dude has a track record, in another small market that for a billionaire is just as far away from Texas as we are. The track record he has is he didn't give a dime for the rebuild of the arena and instead brought investors to build up the area around the arena.

I think it's most likely that the same thing happens here but it's still only most likely, not a done deal.
