Let's play a game. Name a player who's expected to go in the lottery, then name a very similar player who's expected to go (a good deal) later who's otherwise very similar.

How about:
Myck Kabongo is the cheap version of Dennis Schr[FONT=&quot]ö[/FONT]der.
Colton Iverson is the cheap version of Steven Adams
Dewayne Dedmon isthe even cheaper version.
Nate Wolters is the cheap version of CJ McCollum
Mike Muscala is the cheap version of Kelly Olynyk
Livio Jean-Charles is the cheap version of Tony Mitchell
Andre Roberson is the even cheaper version.

I like Kadji alright as a role player, but c'mon, Noel? Kadji's a 25 year old jump shooting PF... when he was Noel's age, he was struggling to get playing time on a Florida team with no frontcourt. I mean, Vernon Macklin (who is actually only a year older than Kadji) pretty much took his job the following season, and now Macklin's playing in the Philippines.

I just randomly picked two players. Didn't really put much thought into it. My main point was to say that you could get a player like Noel in the 2nd round. I truly think Noel will not be that good.
