As a beaver fan, this is a shame and disgusting.
Oregon State Police have arrested a University of Oregon student and are still seeking witnesses in relation to the damage to Oregon State University's Reser Stadium football field artificial turf following Saturday's football game.

On Tuesday, police arrested Joshua David Britton, 20, at a Eugene-area apartment. Britton, a Beaverton resident, is a junior at Oregon. He was booked and later released pending an appearance in Benton County Circuit Court on January 6, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. He has not been charged.

Good job Duck fan. Would Duck fans be mad if we burned a part of your turf? He caused $1500 in damage and got arrested.

They caught him. According to the pic on O-live of the action he lit something on fire.. not sure he was smart enough to think it would burn the turf.
 
scratch that.. hadnt seen the youtube vid yet. The dipwit got caught at least, and does not represent Oregon Fans. I hope he pays the $1500 and has the install it himself.

Heres the update.
Britton is a junior at UO who comes from Beaverton. He was arrested and transported to the Benton County jail in Corvallis on a felony charge of riot and misdemeanor charges of criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, endangering another person and reckless burning.

Glad he was caught. He represents a small class of idiots that makeup all fan bases and does not represent all fans. Total idiot. His pants are falling down too - which I don't understand, as an old guy.
 
Punish this moron by locking him in a jail cell (no tv or radio) at 8:00am on Jan. 10th and dont let him out until 8:00am on Jan. 11th.
