Really? It's the national network NHL games are on. It's also home of the T-Ocho Show.

Oh snap, how did I not notice with all the NHL that I've been watching over the past 29 years of my life....... oh wait :wink:
 
no I have Dish and the VS network is on the highest package. I never watch anything on that package, so I dont pay for it lol. I did get the package for the Civil War a couple years ago when it was on it. Oh and Nate its on Channge 151 I believe if you have Dish.
 
The NHL only used Versus for 5 years.. and it named OLN back in the day anyways... Versus is 15 years old. College Basketball, College Football, WEC, UFC, UFL, bull riding, and some other random sports are on Versus.. College Football, Basketball, WEC and the NHL are the only things keeping Versus alive.
 
Grand Central isn't a bad spot. If you're a bit more seedy, any of the Cheerful bars, or even Claudia's, is a fun spot to watch a game.
 
Versus is on DirecTV. Channel 603 I think.

VS gave Jenn Sterger of the infamous Favre-gate her own show.
 
The Daily Line was a good show, they actually covered stuff ESPN refused to.
 
I'm just curious, were the announcers muted for 90% of the game for anyone else?? I was watching on Charter HD, and you could hear the crowd, players, and officials...just no announcers. Some of the commercials were muted too. I tried the non-HD broadcast and other HD channels, and they were all working fine. Pretty strange.

I actually really enjoyed the game that way though! Made me feel like I was actually there.

I wish they were. They were horrible.
 
Theres a good amount of announcers on Versus that people dislike. This is when you turn your TV down and put on the radio.

isnt there like a 7 second delay on TV or something? Or is that just sattelite?
