When you say 2 hours, do you mean eating small portioned meals (i.e- light sandwiches, or perhaps fruits, etc) every two hours or heavier amounts of food? My brother actually works out (he used to be quite skinny till about 19, and then he started gaining weight...now he is 180 or so with a huge build), so I do have protein powder for shakes lying around the house.</div>
Protein Powders are good, but make sure not to use them to replace food. You have a busy schedule so maybe it would be better for you to buy protein bars to eat on the way to school, but I think they are disgusting. Its not a myth that breakfast is the most important meal of the day try and get something to eat before you head to school if possible.
