My brother actually works out (he used to be quite skinny till about 19, and then he started gaining weight...now he is 180 or so with a huge build), so I do have protein powder for shakes lying around the house.</div>
Protein Powders are good, but make sure not to use them to replace food. You have a busy schedule so maybe it would be better for you to buy protein bars to eat on the way to school, but I think they are disgusting. Its not a myth that breakfast is the most important meal of the day try and get something to eat before you head to school if possible.
 
-Eat Alot of Fiber
-Drink alot of Water
-Eat your Veggies
-Stay away from sugary foods
-Eat fruits when you feel like snacking
-Eat at least 5 meals a day.

Magic Bullet for the win. We did that deal too and gave the other one to my aunt. I use it for smoothies usually but its fun to make salsa and stuff too.

Yeah it is fun to use. I usually make custom spices with different peppers and herbs mixed together. I have yet to use it for making smoothies, but I should when I get back home.
