Elton John has followed in fellow pop star Adele's footsteps and told Donald Trump to stop using his music for Trump's campaign, John's publicist said Tuesday.
The billionaire businessman's 2016 presidential campaign has been playing John's "Rocket Man" and "Tiny Dancer" at recent campaign rallies, however John's publicist released a statement asking them to stop.
"Elton's music has not been requested for use in any official capacity by Donald Trump," the publicist added. "Any use of his music should not be seen as an endorsement of Donald Trump by Elton."
