English Class Poem

Alright, so I had to write a poem for English using one of these subjects: Time and Eternity, Life, Love, or Nature.So I took some lines from Nas' "Can't forget about you", lol you think Im going to get caught?So the point in this has anyone else been caught doing something like this.?

I made an epigram using a couple lines of an Atmosphere Song, specifically Say SHHH. I got a good grade =)

no, in 7th grade, we were supposed to write a poem, my friend just said a Jay-Z rap and said it was inspired by SeanCarter...lol

lol, Use a line, and change it a little. I've written a few poems for english class, but I don't plagiarize The last one I did, we were reading that one Maya Angelou book which talks about her when she was young. We had to write a poem about our lives. Mine was called "I Have Power"im gonna post it for no reason

So I don't recommend it, chances are slim like in this case but sh*t happens. And plagirism has a pretty harsh punishment nowadays in schools.

Don't palgerize period, it can come back to kick you in the ass. some Historian copied something in 8th grade, and it came back and she lost he degrees, her job, and a lot of other stuff.

Yeah, definitely don't do it. You could get in serious trouble, it's way better to just tough it out and get the stuff done.

yeah for our school we have to use www.turnitin.com to turn papers in and sh*t and that site tells the teachers if they got certain stuff from websites etc... its a poem do it yourself it should be easy enough

One of my friends didnt do a poem he had to do and in class printed out the lyrics to :Shorty Wanna Ride" By Young Buck changed it up a bit and somehow got a C. I have no idea how because that had nothing to do with what we were supposed to write about lol

Your teacher probably found a connection between Young Buck and whatever you were supposed to write about.
