Cleveland Cavaliers free agent forward Eric Williams agreed to a three year, $12 million contract with the New Jersey Nets, agent Mark Bartelstein told ESPN.

The 6'8" defensive specialist averaged 10 points and 4 rebounds in 26.6 minutes a game with the Cavaliers and Boston Celtics last year.
