ESPN has announced it is not renewing Keith Olbermann’s contract. While it’s not a firing, it still means Olbermann is out of a job. According to The Hollywood Reporter, senior executives might have stipulated during contract negotiations that Olbermann could no longer provide commentary. He has in the past been openly critical of NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell and his handling of Ray Rice's domestic violence case in 2014
