My biggest concern is that Cal is treating player injuries as a joke. They are sending players back into games without any real assessment of what may be wrong with them. We all realize that they were faking, but what if a Cal player is really injured and says he has a cramp, the Cal staff doesn't really check on him, and 30 seconds later the player is back in the game and exacerbates his real and potentially serious injury?
This is what the Pac 10 should be looking into, IMO. Player safety in how the Cal training staff is looking at 'injured' players, not some cowardly coaching strategy.
Oh, and Jeff Tedford is completely overrated. The guy has had so much talent, and not a single BCS bowl appearance, and now he is reduced to an injury gimmick.
I can't wait for the game at Autzen next year, if Tedford still has a job.
