Here is the police report on Masoli and Embry and the SAE frat theft.

http://assets.registerguard.com/docs/Masoli-police-report.pdf

52 pages but a good read.

Both guys are idiots. Embry much more so. Still not getting how the hell Masoli got involved in all of this. It's like Embry called him up, told him to come over, help him jack some shit and he agreed to it. Dumb.

I didn't see it in the police report but did the laptops and guitar ever turn up? Get returned? Who did take the guitar? I can see Masoli hiding two laptops under a baggy coat but two laptops and a guitar? Actually no one saw Masoli with any of the stolen items. I'm sure he's guilty but it seems like he could have thrown Embry under the bus and fought the charges.

I'm a huge Duck fan but honestly Chip Kelly comes off sounding like a bit of a douche in this.

Working right now....... you got the CliffsNotes version!

His statement about the kid from the SAE house calling him and leaving a message on his private line and the SAE explanation as to how and why they had Chip's private phone number is one and the other is Kelly telling the cops his players are “frequently … misidentified”.

probably like 50 pages of nonsense..whats the good pages to read what actually happened?

How about the part where it sounds almost like Chip Kelly is trying to coach Masoli on his alibi. I am sure he would say that isn't what he was doing, but it kind of sounds that way.

Edit:

"Kelly said he told Masoli where ever he was at he better have people to say he was there. Kelly said Masolit told him he was at Taylors Bar. Kelly said he asked Masoli if he had witnesses who could say he was there and Masoli said he did.

Kelly stated he asked Masoli to call Garrett Embry to get the whole thing straightened out. Kelly said he had multiple phone conversations with Masoli throughout the day about the incident."

It's a police report, not that much text to read. Only about 15 pages of actual text.
