Not quite what you're thinking probably. If you have NBA Live 06 for your PC you can download a patch that will give you the Euro League teams from different countries. It's pretty simple to install so give it a shot if you want something new to mess with until NBA Live 07 comes out. Then your Live 06 won't feel like a waste.
