how does he get a ring if the Cavs win? they waived him.

Didn't they trade him to us? I thought if a player was on a team like he was they gave him an honorary ring.

You know what, I think I am wrong for the first time ever. You always see guys come back for ring ceremonies, but that's when they left in the offseason and were there for the finals huh? Never mind, as you were!

WE are still paying him though.

We don't have to pick up his hair stylist bill though..... he has to take out loans to pay thst mother off!

You're right about the trade, I was tired when I wrote it.

I'm not sure how it's done in the NBA. I know that that is how it works in MLB. In 2010, Bengie Molina started the season with the Giants but ended the season with the Texas Rangers. Those two teams then met in the World Series and even though Texas lost (yay!!!), Molina got a ring because he had been a Giant for part of the season. That said, I hope Varajeo gets a big fat nothing either way. He's a punk......

It is up to the team if he chooses to give a traded player a ring. Being that Gilbert is kind of an ass, it is farm from guaranteed.

i know in baseball, the team votes on who receives playoff shares and rings.

He never wore the red, black, and white...he's no ex Blazer...never was one

Yeah, he wouldn't even crack the starting line up of the They-were-Blazers-but-they weren't team. He'd be backing up Moses.

Good thing we waved him for a 3rd string PG that played garbage time.

If he played for the team this season, he gets a ring. You were right, HCP.

Scott Pollard talked on Survivor about being an "NBA Champion" even though he only played 21 regular season games and no playoff games.
