"Teen Mom" and sex tape star Farrah Abraham checked into a 10-day outpatient rehabilitation program in Florida on Sunday, saying she wants to "make better choices."
The single mother of 4-year-old Sophia explained to RadarOnline that she is seeking treatment for alcohol abuse, a decision stemming from her DUI arrest in March.
