There are so many!

In the Beaverton food carts, there is the best fish and chips in Portland. It used to be part of the Alder pod. Scottish guy named James makes incredible fish and chips.

Matt's BBQ really is good.

By my house on Beaverton Hillsdale, next to a 76 station of all things, is Titos Taquitos. Named best food cart in Portland this past year. Fantastic.

There used to be an Indian food cart on 5th ave called Real Taste of India. Victim of Covid, but man was it good.

You?

Willamette Garage in the Willamette area of West Linn has been a great addition to the general area. It's on the site of an old gas station and has a large covered area with heaters and fire tables (along with actual fire pits), big screen TVs, is dog friendly and has a full service bar in the old service bay. The food carts are all very good too (though they're still trying to get a dessert cart in). In the good weather (especially evenings) the place is packed. That old garage has been there forever, and has had numerous incarnations, but whoever came up with the idea to make it a cart pod hit it outta the park. It's been a fun place to hang it on pleasant days.......

I think you're talking about the Frying Scotsman, correct? Excellent fish and chips.

There used to be this good Ethiopian food cart, I think it was on Alder, called Emam’s(sp?) kitchen. Was one of my favorite places to get Doro Wat in PDX, but she closed before covid.

I like the good/evil wrap co in Cartlandia on 82nd near Johnson Creek Blvd. The person who owns and runs it is a down to earth Blazer fan. If you like wraps and don’t feel like it is too far away, go support our brethren. I get the rip City wrap which is like steak lettuce onion tomato cheese and Cajun aioli.
