Outside of the bigger names of Kidd, Carter, Jefferson, KMart, whose your favorite Net and why?

1) Keith Van Horn - Was rather excited when the Nets traded for him, was really excited by his first few years, and enjoyed watching him bounce back to a solid role on the way to the finals.
2) Kerry Kittles - There were plenty of players drafted after him that made a bigger impact, but it's hard to root against such a hard working professiona.l

3) Rodney Rogers! - Who can hate the man... who can't love the man who spawned the greatest name game ever?!?!

Kittles. Not even close for me.

I figured Kittles would be a big favorite of everyone's.

I'd be shocked if we didn't see some Aaron Williams, and Zoran votes... LOL

Aaron Williams, Lucious Harris, Keith Van Horn, Boki and Kittles were my favs.

Oh man, Harris slipped my mind.

Excellent call Zae!

Harris and Williams are the two guys that really got me into watching the nets every night. I went to a thing at the Nets training facility and they spent like a 1/2 hr each working on my shot with me. Before that I liked the Nets and watched a couple games a month but after that I really got into it.

i'd say harris, kittles, and veal.

who doesn't remember that OT game vs. Detroit where veal hit 5 three's?!

Rodney, because he was a solid role player plus he was my neighbor for 2-3 years, so I can't root against him.

Other than him, I loved Kittles and Harris.

I was going to say Veal too but I had to limit it to my fav 5.

Kerry Kittles. Man, I loved that dude. Van Horn was tight too, but if Krstic counts, he's my favorite.

We had a 5,000+ post thread in his honor on another board. I think another 3,000+ post thread too.

"The Rodney Roger name game"s.

If you had shared you lived next to him, you would had been the hero to sooo many.

Rodney Rogers eats cereal with a pencil.

I would have to say my favorite would be Mikki Moore, he was fun to watch last season. Too bad he wanted more money

Was a shame. Thought he would had gotten more minutes off our bench then behind SAR, Miller, Thomas and company.

How could I forget Mikki already? Hes up there for me too.

Why don't you just say that they are every player in the last 6 years other than Kidd, Carter, Jefferson and KMart... or too many to list?

I have to go with Kerry Kittles as well. Anyone know whatever happened to him after he joined the Clippers?

He's on the Nets' staff. I don't recall his formal title.

i loved kerry and sweet lu. i know i took for granted what kerry did for our squad. there were times where i got so upset with his inconsistant shooting that i wanted him gone out of anger. sadly when we started to breakdown the team and he was shipped off i was remined how amazing the kidd-kittles tandem was as a defensive unit. he played the passing lanes so great and i cant help but to think of kerry when watching vince. i would watch vince play D and be like "man, kerry would deflected that pass and turned it into a fastbreak or he would jumped that passing lane and jet down the court for an easy 2". we all know D isnt vince's specialty, but man kerry was good. it also helped to have a shotblocking big like kenyon to back him up which allowed kerry to take some chances. as for sweet lu, you just knew he would come in and hit that corner shot. once again when he left there was a big whole as well. he wasnt a great talent, but he was a great team player. man those years were fun.

I was a big Brandon Armstrong fan. He was my 'antoine wright.' I always had faith in that guy, even though everyone was telling me how silly that was.

He was forced to end his career after 11 games. He's been spotted with the Nets staff, but I'm not sure if, he officially joined us.

I do miss him in a Nets uniform, he was part of the Nets "Running Era", which was sensational, at the time. It was just great to watch, Kidd , Jefferson, Martin, and Kittles get out on a break. Sad to see him gone.
