Favorite Super Bowl ad?

There weren't a ton, but I really enjoyed these

I liked the Budweiser ad with the Clydesdale
The Best buy Commercial with Amy Poehler
Samsungs next big thing with Paul Rudd, Seth Rogan and others
VW Jamaica ad. getting racist allegations, but funny
Toyota wish granted
Ram farmers homage

My fav was probably the VW one

The go daddy one with the nerdy guy making out with the attractive woman

The farmer ad took the cake for me. Not often is a commercial good enough to get everyone at a Super Bowl party--including the kids--to go completely silent to just watch and listen. That was a masterpiece.

I also liked the Audi ad with the kid going stag to prom.

We turned the TV off mid-makeout. Missed most of the next commercial.

Depends on what you're trying to accomplish. if you need to get your name out there, then yes, you're right. Go Daddy is already well-known, notorious for being provocative. That ad was seen as distasteful by many, actually hurting their brand.

Perhaps I'm wrong, but I expect there will be more potential customers that will eschew them because of that ad than gravitate toward them.

For me, th Tide ad where the wife washes the special "stain" and then says "go ravens" that cracked me up
