Crawfish to start. Batum will guard Westbrook according to Nate. Batum will not play pg. Seblosha is out for okc.

Is this good? I don't necessarily think so. Lost in all the hand-wringing over our terrible guard play in the first 18 games or so is that Felton has quietly strung together a few decent games ... nothing spectacular, but modestly effective. Crawford at the point full time scares the hell out of me.

Hopefully we get to see more of E. Will tonight. I would rather Batum and Wallace take turns containing Durant like last game. It's gonna be much harder to contain Westbrook tonight. Maybe we should just give him the scores while we take Durant out of the game?

Durant has only been held below 20 twice, and that was at the start of the season. We wont be taking him "out of the game" tonight.

I guess i should have said "Contain him". Gotta make everything very hard for him.

Timing of foot injury tough for Raymond Felton. He had just surged past Beno Udrih for 44th best PER among point guards.

UGG! I forgot that Westbrook has some of the quickest hands for a PG. He is going to have a field day with Crawford's crossover.

Westbrook always kills us either way. Control harden and ibaka.

The thing I can't wait to see is Aldridge vs. Perkins

Last game Perkins and Aldridge got a little feisty. I wonder if that rivalry continues tonight.

To answer the OP; I say having felton out is a good thing..... More E-Will!

We've got the Rose Garden version of Crash to throw at Durant. We got this!

Exactly, dude. Didn't we already beat OKC once this year, in OKC? And didn't we hold Durant to below-20 points? Why are so many people sounding off on this game like it's already been played, and OKC has been granted the "W"?

I think it's 50-50. I won't be surprised if either team wins, but I will be surprised if the ending margin is large.

Patty Mills wondering who is going to start:

Patrick Mills @Patty_Mills
Who should start at PG if Felton is unable to play? @ewill901? @NDotSmitty? @JCrossover?

God help me, but Patty Mills should start.

Ouch. I made the case for him as the worst starter in the league, but I wouldn't have gone quite so far as to label him as worse than half of the backups.

Agreed. I don't know whether to laugh or cry at this.

It will be interesting to see which Crawford shows up tonight - the one who makes a conscious effort to be unselfish, or the mad bomber.

Of course it's not good.

That said, hopefully this means Ewill will get some burn, although it'll probably be Smith.

This wasn't likely to be a favorable matchup for Crawford since OKC seems to do a pretty good job applying defensive pressure to the perimeter ... and he's really not a point guard.

Hell, we were probably lucky to be in this game as much as we were given the way things looked mid-way through the third.
