Bye bye, Commie. Hopefully his brother does the right thing and ends Communism. If he's able to normalize relations with Trump, Trump could help that country turn into an economic powerhouse in the Caribbean.

Yeah, it has a hell of long way to go though. I sort of would like to go there again, with my boat this time. But you can't anchor anywhere and come ashore except in Havana harbor. Even after checking in there, you can't get permission to cruise the island. As for normalizing relations, they are pretty abnormal.

Fidel holds the record for the largest theft of American owned assets in USA history. He stole oil refineries, very large ranches, mines, factories, resort hotels, vacation homes, even bank accounts. He stole billions of $$$$$ from USA companies and individuals. And the weakest president in the history of our country wanted to be his friend. Trump will want some, if not all, of those assets back before he takes down the wall around Cuba.
