I don't like them for the most part. The other good uses are reconstructive sugery after cancer treatment and maybe to help a girl's self esteem.

I just don't like the way they look. See Zack and Miri make a porno for example, the blonde girl with the little dog has them and it looks like someone put first base under the left one and third base under the right.

Big fake breasts just gross me out. It says something about a person's personality that they think they have to get that precedure done. And that is not a personality trait I find attractive. It says that are not confident with their natural self......which is pretty much a must for me. Plus they look wierd.....usually.
