I look back at them as more fun seasons than what we’ve had the last 20 years. So it’s difficult. Watching Dame win a Western Conference championship would be fun but getting swept by Bucks would suck.Put it this way: if you're old enough to remember the finals in 90 and 92 and the WCF in 2000 - do you remember them fondly? Or are they still a source of rage and pain?
Prob best odds we can get this year is 10%. Pass Utah, OKC, Lakers, and Magic for the 5 spot.I sense an agenda behind stipulating Portland gets to the finals only to be swept
if that's the stipulation than the other side of it should be that the Blazers either get swept in the finals or have a 14% chance at Wembeyana
In before The HCP says " sigh.....".
Scouts say he has GOAT potential. So yes, HOF player.Who does Wembenyama compare to? If it is Durant then sure. But I don't see it. I think he will be very good, but I don't consider him a generational-type HOF player.
I think we have no chance of winning title but if you could choose between getting swept in the NBA Finals or getting the #1 pick, what would you choose? Is there value for a deep run that comes up short?
