If the dude was going to be fired, he would been fired already. Neil buys into him and he will be around for at least another year. (Unless Neil is let go)The only question now is he able to execute a full blown tank job in the manner KP did 10 years ago.

I like this idea. If we want to tank, why not just have no coaching staff whatsoever? Just let the guys figure it out themselves.

Lets fire Stotts and let a fan coach. Every game we get a new coach. If they win then they stay, lose then onto the next fan/coach.

Keep him and assign an inexpensive capable defensive coach to the staff. Our presence in the Memphis series certainly did not help the Stotts cause .

It's Jimmies and Joes, not Xs and Os. Stotts can only draw up the plays and put the players out there. Ultimately we just didn't have the talent to overcome Wesley's loss and Memphis was a particularly brutal draw for us (good exactly where we were weakest).

I think we should coach by forum committee. I'll sit on the bench with an ipad. From the forum we'll select 3 coaches, you guys send me plays and I'll even let you facetime with the players. If we win, you guys stay on for the next game. If we lose, then we get 3 new coaches.

I'd love to know what Stotts thinks of all this turnover. Is he upset about it, depressed, excited, energized, or what? Has he said a word about any of the changes that have happened in the last two weeks??
