Ok, there is alot of different fonts to choose from in PhotoShop itself but it seems like a lot of you have fonts not located in the program.

Question : What do you suggest and where do you get them?

Da Font download fonts there and then upload them to photoshop.

Can you upload them to Paint Shop Pro too?

Anywhere. Just save them in your fonts folder, and you can even use them for Microsoft Word.
