Our military is always in need of good, courageous men and women to defend our country, and once the draft was eliminated even more so.

What stopped them from volunteering?

1. The court lifted the 3rd attempt at the ban because they finally made it legal. The president's original ban - on Muslims - was and is unconstitutional, indeed, unpatriotic.

2. I encourage you to read this complaint to the Alabama Bar about Mr Sessions' conflicts problems.

3. You are partially correct and I stand corrected - The Justice Dept does in fact oversee the FBI, along with Congress and the courts.
