That is awesome, very happy for him. I admit I'm very surprised he won it in his first year of national prominence, but that is really great. Hopefully he continues to build off of this season and gets even better. Our D is looking really good really soon.

Yeah, same here. Although at the end of the year it became pretty clear to me he was deserving of the award. Let's hope he becomes a regular finalist for the Norris for years to come!
He’s in pretty good company as one of 2 players winning the Norris in his second season. The other guy some of you guys may have heard of was BOBBY ORR, the best defenseman of all time and probably in the top 3 of any players who ever played!
