<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">Steve Francis believes that Stephon Marbury has become too passive and is trying to fit in rather than stand out. And now Francis is going to do something about it.
Francis revealed last night that he plans to speak to Marbury about rediscovering his game because, as Francis put it, "We need him to be aggressive offensively for us to win.
"He's trying to fit in too much," Francis said following Cleveland 102-96 victory. "I've been in that situation. He's trying to overdo it. Over fit in. Can I say that? You want to help your teammates but then again you got to do what you do. He's kind of going away from it so I'm going to have a talk with him. He's got to be more aggressive."
Marbury went 0-for-6 with seven assists and two points against the Cavs. He also missed a wide-open three-pointer with 1:09 left that would have tied the game. When the shot rattled out, the crowd booed.
"The fans are tough on him," Francis said. "That's kind of hard to deal with, I bet. I just need him to be more aggressive."</div>
