Raiders lose 26-25.
The Raiders lost as they usually do, PENALTIES! Also Gruden did not Go for a TD but settled for that FG on third down with seconds left. That was a Huge Mistake. You can't leave a Raiders defense to win your game. Raider Nation must be Pissed!.

Gruden made the most asinine decision I've ever seen...instead of scoring an easy TD , he instructed his team NOT to score a TD...(soooooo, on 2nd down Josh Jacobs intentionally slides at the 1 yard line when he could have walked in for a gimme TD, then on 3rd down Derek Carr takes a fucking knee ! WTF ??????

If the Raiders had taken the TD they could have gone for a 2 point conversion which would have given them a SEVEN point lead, if the conversion had failed they would still have had a FIVE point lead...this would have meant that a FG would not have done the Dolphins any good...only a TD would have won the game for them.

NFL players are only as good and as smart as their coaching is...Dumb coaching = dumb players. Gruden is now the first and only coach to start a season 6-3 and not make the post season THREE FUCKING TIMES ! (twice with the Raiders and once with TB)

The Raiders defense is abysmal and their play calling is even worse, if that's possible.

Today, I am so happy. We had a difficult season and rebounded with the four game win streak. Pittsburgh beat the Colts and the JETS~J. E. T. S. beat the Browns! We have a playoff berth until next weekend. Cincinnati is going to be a tough game as they have played well the last three games. We have to win there and go on.

I was also surprised that the Titans were mauled by the Packers. All the Eagles fans, of whom I am surrounded with, at work, are pissed due to their loss to the Cowboys..

Someone needs to get J.J. Watt out of Houston.

Or at least, surround him and Deshaun Watson with players who care as much about the Texans and their success as they does.

Watt, a five-time All-Pro defensive end, delivered a passionate rant Sunday about the state of the team. Houston, at 4-11, may not have much to play for through the rest of this season, but that’s not Watt’s mentality.

“If you can’t come in and put work in in the building, go out to the practice field and work hard, do your lifts and do what you’re supposed to do, you should not be here,” Watt said after the Texans 37-31 loss to the abysmal Cincinnati Bengals.

“This is a job. We are getting paid a whole lot of money. There are people that invest their time and invest their money into buying our jerseys and buying a whole bunch of (expletive), and they care about it. They care every single week and we’re in Week 16 and we’re 4-11. And there’s fans that watch this game, that show up to this stadium, that put in time and energy and effort and care about this.”

Love to see him in Silver and Black...he's just the type player the Raiders need...their defense, especially a pass rush, has been non-existent for the last 2 years.

He is the consummate professional, and has the infectious mental approach that can transform a team's entire defensive mindset and turn them into monsters.

Source: Official Ravens Site: It's happened before. Just three years ago, the Ravens were in the exact same position, needing only to beat the Bengals, who were 6-9 at the time, in their season finale to make the playoffs. After coming back from a 14-point second half deficit, things looked promising with under a minute remaining. The Ravens led by three points and the Bengals faced fourth-and-12 near midfield. But Andy Dalton tossed a touchdown pass and the Ravens sat out the playoffs.

The Bengals would love to play spoiler again, and no doubt, they're capable. Although they're only 4-10-1 this season, they've won two straight games and solidly thumped the Pittsburgh Steelers in Cincinnati two weeks ago.

"They're playing their best football of the season, really, by far," Ravens Head Coach John Harbaugh said Monday.

Nonetheless, I'd be extremely surprised if the Ravens didn't take care of their business Sunday at Paul Brown Stadium.

Although the Bengals are feisty, the Ravens are favored by 11 points and have a long, long history of winning such games. Since they moved to Baltimore in 1996, they're 41-0 in regular season games in which they're double-digit favorites – quite a stat, huh?
