It appears the judge did not allow it to be presented as evidence, probably because porn is perfectly legal and present in more homes than not, so it wasn't evidence of anything having to do with the case.

That was actually my first thought, especially since a lot of that pornography outs him as a homosexual or pedophile. You'd think that someone with Jackson's profile would make every attempt possible to hide stuff like that. The fact that those materials were just casually placed around his bathrooms makes you think that there might be even something more disturbing happening at the "ranch."

I'm sure many of you have seen this report resurfacing now as though it's new. Only all the headlines are saying that he had pics "child porn and animal torture". Leaving aside what you think of Jackson, this is an example of how shitty the media is these days.

The document says nothing about child porn (except to state that he did NOT have any), and neither does it mention anything about pictures of animal abuse, and yet, hundreds of articles have been posted on line with these statements in the title. Most people don't even read the document.

This kind of crap happens all the time. People create their own news to generate "click bait" and other sites copy it till it becomes a firestorm.

Im sure it's an interesting list, but I'll pass.... My entertainment law teacher in college was a high priced music biz counsel and this was around the height of Jackson's "court problems." He said one of his colleagues had taken a look at the evidence and just said, "No way in hell am I defending this case! There's sick and then there's this!" The King of Pop paid out something like 200 million dollars in settlement fees. But fraudulent cases or not, he could afford it!
