Gael Monfils rallied to beat Robin Haase in three sets and Nicolas Almagro defeated Pablo Andujar in second-round matches at the Barcelona Open on Tuesday.
The seventh-seeded Monfils won 3-6, 7-6 (3), 6-2 in his second tournament since being sidelined for nearly three months because of a wrist injury.
