This for me is about development. It's mostly on Chauncey to make that happen.
Figure out how to get the most out of the players he has, specifically Damian Lillard and Jusuf Nurkic. The Blazers become very hard to beat when the Blazers get easy looks for Nurkic, which is why I wanted Justise Winslow to be a starter. Yes Nurkic can back someone down, but he's more efficient on offense when he's getting easy layups which he can do if his teammates know how to pass him the ball as close to the hoop as possible so no dribbling is necessary.
To have Nurkic and Lillard dominating on offense should be a key for Billups and I'm not sure it is.
The other thing I want to see is playing time for Shaedon Sharpe.

We need Simons to offset what CJ brought and some. If he disappears and looks out of sync in the staring 5 be sure he gets minutes with him a pg and the bench.
