:reading:BLAZERS' OFFICIAL GAME NOTES

• Tuesday marks the second of three regular season matchups between the
Trail Blazers and Kings in 2016-17.

• LAST MEETING: Portland defeated Sacramento, 122-120, in an overtime game at the Moda Center on Nov. 11. Damian Lillard scored a game-high 36 points (12-19 FG, 5-10 3-PT), while CJ McCollum added 31 points on 13-of-24 shooting.

• Portland has won seven consecutive games against Sacramento, three of which have come on the road.

• The Trail Blazers are 10-5 in their past 15 contests in Sacramento dating back to the 2008-09 season. This will be Portland’s first ever game played at the Golden 1 Center.

• Portland has limited Sacramento to less than 100 points in 22 of the 28 regulation games between these two teams since the start of the 2008-09 season.

• Damian Lillard has scored at least 20 points in five of his past seven games against the Kings. Lillard’s 36 points vs. Sac. earlier this season represents his second highest scoring output in 15 career games against the Kings (41, 1/7/14).

HEAD-TO-HEAD HISTORY:
ALL TIME: Trail Blazers lead, 127-76
IN PORTLAND: Trail Blazers lead, 83-18
AT THE KINGS: Kings lead, 58-44

I had the post-game show playing in the background and I think I heard the CSN guys said they'll stay in Oakland for tonight and tomorrow and then travel to Sacramento on Monday.

Party at Dames house!

I'm not even joking.

The Spurs always have team dinners, which enable them to get to know each other, share, bond. Patty Mills reckons it's even more important after losses, than it is after wins. The more you know, and understand each other; the harder you'll fight, and sacrifice for each other.

This team seems to be just going through the motions, playing with a lack of spirit. If they're not going to play for the jersey (which I think is an outdated notion in this day and age), and they're not going to play for their coach; perhaps they'll play for each other.

I hope so. Because NBA players sure as hell aren't going to play for the fans.

They just finished a "great" practice by playing dodgeball before the Warriors game. Festus posted video. Guys looked fired up and were having fun. I don't think spirit is the issue.

This is a chance for the Kings front office to see in person which one of the Blazer wings+big man they want for Boogie.
Kinda feel like that's the reason Meyers is even playing

Got that in my fortune cookie last night

Hope to see the team step up and get this one with a vengeance!

Meyers versus Demarcus cousins...the only thing Meyers is known for, kinda

Will Cousins be auditioning for the Blazers tonight?

His attitude and effort tonight might speak volumes, one way or the other.
He gushes over Dame....that's a reason he might be controllable with an actual adult in the room for a change.....still a risk

That logo though. . .
So they are renaming the team to the 'Sacramento Generics' aren't they?
