The problem is NOTHING is going to be done even after missing the playoffs and looking even worse this year than last. Dolan resigned Drury and has gone out and given Drury his backing publicly. So we are stuck with Drury for another season, doing god knows what to this roster. That’s why I’m saying we are 7-10 years away. Drury is going to set this franchise back an entire decade.

Maloney's comments would make sense if the regulars were playing good hockey and the Rangers were in the playoff hunt but now Sheary and Radysh especially when younger players who received paying time like Perreault are flourishing (20 points in 36 games). Sullivan is looking to buy his son in law another year in the NHL.
