Need a loss here not only to stay in front of Sac, but to help SA stay within reach of the Pels.

How come year after year the end of the season the Blazers have to play their hearts out to end the season but this year it seems every opponent is tanking?

Interesting that they fly out of PDX now. They used to fly out of Hillsboro.

I don't think this opponent is even close to being in tank mode. In fact the only opponent we'll have to out tank during these last six games is OKC and I think we'll out tank them because we just did even if it was by the skin of our teeth or maybe it was by the skin of theirs... who can be sure in this situation.

The point is that these next two games against the Spurs are going to be them giving it their everything with a much better active roster and us playing a bunch of guys who can't win games but have to try their best just to secure their future. McLemore is an exception to that and for the life of me I can't figure out why he's still getting so much or any playing time.

Oh, it will be a loss

after tonight, 5 games and 9 days left to this season. I was going to say disaster of a season, but it saw Olshey fired and the Dame/CJ duo finally broken up, as well as the emergence of Ant and possibly 2 lottery picks. Wasn't all disaster

Man, Spurs gave Drew a nice thank you video compared just a clap for Zach Collins when he cam back to Moda.

Giving Murray the night off is pretty disrespectful but it makes you wonder if we deserve the respect.

how do we get killed so bad by SA every time? I swear they've rocked us by 30 in every game we played them, even before we started tanking.

Being down 30 at halftime with them missing Murray is sad.

have to make clear though... im not complaining.

I hope Ant is paying attention to Lonnie Walker IV and the way he uses his ups to his advantage. If Ant will use his ability to dribble and get anywhere on the court along with his jumping ability to get efficient scoring opportunities at the rim, he'll be that much more of a threat.

Haliburton fouled out in 25 mins having scored 30 on 10-11 shooting.

Pacers are mostly in the game too in Boston against a full Celtics roster.

Too bad. I don't think we'll catch em.

I don't know, getting this close against the Celtics means that if they get that win against the Pistons they might be good for one against the Sixers one of the times they play them down the stretch. I haven't given up hope but I'm pretty sure we'll be sitting in the sixth spot and most of my attention is on that Pelicans pick.

This might be the last time SAC wins a game this season. They're already ahead of us, but would be nice if they get one more just in case we win at OKC.
