BLAZERS' OFFICIAL GAME NOTES • Thursday marks the third and final regular season game between the Trail Blazers and Warriors in 2014-15.
• Golden State has defeated the Trail Blazers twice in Portland this season. The Warriors won 95-90 on Nov. 2 and 122-108 on Mar. 24.
• The Warriors have swept the season series from Portland on two separate occasions (2005-06 and 2012-13). Including the three-game sweep in 2012-13, Golden State has won seven of its past nine games against the Trail Blazers.
