Last road game of the season!

Ha! This thread has almost fallen off the map! I gotta admit; I tuned out in the fourth quarter last night. Not sure what could inspire me right now. Seeing Pels get eliminated in the playins, I guess....

Maybe seeing Keon Johnson score 30?

Is 13pts in the 1st qrt the low for the season?

This is definitely playing out the string, although I think they will give good effort in the home finale.

Can someone please explain

If the Spurs beat the Warriors tomorrow and then beat the Mavericks on Sunday while the Pelicans drop their last two games against the Grizz who might still play to win in their second to last game and then the Warriors who I don't know if they'll be playing to win... then the Spurs will have the same record as the Pels and be ahead of them via tie breaker. The Spurs could just insure that the Pelicans pick goes up a spot by beating them and then beating the loser of the 7/8 game and making the playoffs.

What I'm hoping for is that but more likely is the Knicks either tying the Pels or even passing them.

Anyway, whether it's 10, 11 or most likely 12, I'll just be happy if the pick conveys.

It's fun that we're getting to watch our summer league team months earlier than usual! Of course, the actual summer league team will be better, because we should have at least one high draft pick added to it.

The NBA should have a tournament with the 8 worst teams and the winner gets the number one pick in the draft.

Then we could bring back Dame, Nurk, and Ant for a few games this season.

They'd institute a rule that you have to go with the same roster you played with the last five or so games so you don't bring back ringers for the "Draft Playoff".

Blazers Uprise Postgame Show
Portland loses by 50 and has now clinched the 6th position in the draft lottery. Come talk hoops with us!

One last game and then we watch the play ins to see if we lose the Pelicans pick then and finally what this season has been all about, the draft lottery on May 17th. Will we move up? Will we move back? Will the unlikely happen and the Pelicans pick wins a top four spot to make us all lose our fucking minds?

If we lose the Pels pick, instead of a ticker-tape parade, we can all gather with torches and pitchforks and go to Vulcan demanding Cronin be turned over to us.

It'd be a great exercise in fan bonding.
