...that's what the announcer said too...didn't understand why not then either.
...anyway, what I was getting at, even when taking a marginal lead and even when the pitcher threw home, Gardner would flinch towards 1B.

...I'm all for moving Gardner back to 9th and moving Solarte up in the order...the kid makes contact.
