It's not good for you if you eat it more than once a week. Ready made food that you buy and heat up are equally as bad as MD's. They are all high in salt.

I've ate a bunch of food at Wendys (still do but not as much) in my elementary and middle school days (I probably averaged at least two meals a week for 8 or so years), but I knew what meals to eat so I didn't gain weight. I also made sure not to drink a bunch of soda with my meals.
