Yep, I read about this pedophile porn asswipe last week..........
 
OK now hold on.....doesn't say what counts he faces nor what he is pleading guilty to. I had a buddy that owned a large ISP. There were several laws including the child porn fed and state (CA) and the Patriot Act that ultimately caused him to sell out to his business partner. The news stories about child porn rings and terrorists always freaked him that those scumbags were storing things on his servers. Possession is just that, you don't have to be the user or have intent to use illegal material. Now if he pleads to misdemeanors and not felonies hell escape much of the fallout. If it's the latter, then he is the worst kind of scumbag.

He's pleading guilty and faces 5-12 years. If he didn't take the deal he faced 14 or more years.

He'll go into prison with the label of "SHORT EYES" not something you want to be known for in jail.
 
I've chatted with a few men who have spent 20 or more years behind bars, and they all say, "when a new prisoner comes into the system labeled as a 'Chomo', their as good as dead,............(Chomo aka Child Molester or Child Porno freak)..........

and they always get paid back, in the ass, I don't wan't that visceral, but ya' get what I mean....?

I hear they only use old motor oil, they get off the guards thru Prison Maintenance, oh well, Jerad you deserve what you got coming, a foot long a day..........
