GOOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAAALLLLLLLLLLLL!!!!!!!!!!!!

I make low carb tuna cakes/patties pretty often.

1 can of tuna, 1 egg, 2 tbsp parmesan cheese, and whatever spices I feel like or have.

One more thing. I mix the tuna/egg/cheese/spices in a bowl then put it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before frying them up.

Sinobas, I have none. Bikini or otherwise. Thin or not, I photograph very poorly - my face is very asymmetrical and I always look like an ax murderer. I'm just a thin ax murderer. But maybe, if I'm in a good mood, before I shop Friday I'll do one in shorts. Maybe.

Brian, a woman in shorts & exercise shirt hardly qualifies as graphic. Especially a woman my age!

Should do one in shorts holding an axe.

Congratulations by the way!

Somewhat exhausted after shopping day. Delivered 4 huge boxes of clothing to Goodwill, many in excellent condition. Someone is going to get a sweet deal there. Bought 3 pairs jeans, pair black pants, 2 pairs yoga/exercise pants, 6 shirts, 1 dress, 3 regular skirts and a long hippie skirt (over the protests of my sister), plus 12 pairs panties (don't get excited, plain cotton briefs, the only kind I feel comfortable in). Still need a pair of brown or tan pants - all the ones I tried on were too baggy in the ass even if they fit in the waist. Also a hoodie, my A's hoodie was size XL and I wear small. They are not yet in stock in most stores. We went to lunch at Paradisio in San Leandro, the only decent restaurant around here. I am broke, busted, and worn out.

Now I have to wash all these damn clothes.

Update, one year later. Put on 5 lb which worried me at first but I've stabilized. The trainer I had worked with said he thought my goal to hit my college weight was over-ambitious as 1) that was 40 years ago and it's natural to put on a few pounds in midlife 2) I did not work out then. He's probably right; it seems my "natural" weight is 130 rather than 125 as I've stuck there. I've put on muscle (and more in the past year since goal) so I am leaner than I was in college while weighing a few pounds more.

When I started working with weights I could only manage a 2-lb weight in each hand. Now up to 15. They are starting to get easy. When they get too easy I'll buy a set of 20s.

Ran into a friend I had not seen for a while at a Clinton campaign event. She asked if she'd ever have sculpted arms. I told her sure, work out an hour a day every day for 2 years and she would. She gave me one of those "you've got to be kidding" looks.

The jeans I got are now worn. I took my two favorite pairs of shoes in for repair.

I had planned on a hot fudge sundae when I hit goal but my job was eliminated same day, which definitely put a damper on the celebration. Still have not gotten that hot fudge sundae. Maybe after election night.

I lost my feral Rudy and my sweet companion Zoey.
My Aunt Dolly passed away.
I went through the depressing rigmarole of job interviews. Got something that is far from ideal but pays the bills (also they like me a lot since no one was doing the stuff I'm now getting done.)

And still get up every damn morning at 4 AM for an hour workout before breakfast.

Congrats on maintaining your effort and amazing results for the past year, crandc. That takes huge dedication. I hope you get some happier personal events in the next year. Either way, find a way to have that chocolate sundae. You've earned it and one a year isn't going to hurt.

Awesome! Glad you made your goal.
