Recall, his trying to stretch a blooper single to CF, in Yankee Stadium just last year, when Gardner threw him out, not once but twice, if my memory serves me right.
BTW-the deadline has come and gone, here in Southern Cal. DirecTV, still has no contract, losing their Prime Ticket Channel Home and Away Dodger Games, to TWB-Cable. No deal struck, DTV customers like myself, who can't get cable out in these boondocks, have no option other than DTV.
Serves the greedy bastards right tho'. Remember, DTV was taken to court a few years ago by DISH TV. For the monopoly DTV had on MLB extra innings...!!
