No game thread again?...I feel the Nets will come out and play great tonight after yesterday's comeback. I sure hope so...I want to see this team start to get on a consistent run of 4 or 5 wins. They certainly can with the schedule coming up in the next week or two (Bucks, Kings, Grizz, Thunder, etc.)..Brook is settling in very nicely now and it seems like just about everybody (well almost) is contributing in some way or another, whether big or small...I do not want to lose to Wade again...It's just a matter of trying to contain him to under 30 pts and keep their three point shooters in check...If D. Cook goes off on us again, i swear to god...

the good news is the nets are winning by 8 at half without harris. And, VC only has 7 so i expect him to go off in the second half. Meanwhile Wade is having a terrible half and i also expect him to go off in the second half as well as get many phantom calls as well.

Boone looked good and dooling is doing well in his starting role. Yi has 5 points and a few boards in a very quite role. He seems to do well against the heat and their small line. Maybe this will be another one of his good games... Maybe...

thats the thing with him...you almost never notice when he's out there/does anything. There are times where they'll have a lineup out there in the 4th, and I'll forget Yi is even on the team.
 
Wade opens up the 2nd half with a tough mid range jumper....hopefully this doesnt get him started.
 
Simmons is gettin trigger happy, missing all kinds of bad shots.
 
Lopez is getting the shit hacked out of him down there.

I was actually going to say Yi is playing pretty solid, until that last sequence...bad 3 and just let Wade go right past and dunk.

You know....i realize that we have some players that must be tired without harris being out there.....but what the hell frank, do u want to win or not?

We'r playing Najera, Hassel, Boone, Hayes, and Dooling.....Other then Dooling , no one is scoring and we'r blowing it.
 
note: Yi is playing in the 4th and scoring, way to go Yi...
 
wade made two shots in a row and nets down one with 2 minutes left

Time for VC to step it up...
 
Yi's playing a fairly good role here in the fourth. Defending Wade with Vince and making a jump-shot with some confidence.
 
the 6'9'' beasley out rebounded the 7 foot yi and yi fouled him, but beasley choked at the line and the game is tied at 83 with 52 seconds left...nets ball.
