Hope all you dads out there have a great one today. If you don't have kids, the day you do will change your life for the good. I'm working for the 6th straight Father's Day....... but every day is Father's Day for me!

Having a great one. Signed 2 new listings, mowed and watered the lawn, hanging on the deck with my wife and a beer, listening to tunes and hot tubbing while my youngest son makes me frajitas.

The weather is fantastic today here in Beautiful Central Oregon.
