Former Oregon City veterinarian's alleged stalking campaign culminated in murder, police say

HILLSBORO, Ore. — A retired Oregon City veterinarian awaiting trial on a stalking charge has now been charged with murder after he allegedly killed the man he was barred from contacting, according to police and court documents.

Willamette Week reported in September on the ongoing saga of alleged harassment and abuse. An Oregon City man named Kenneth Fandrich, 56, had filed for a series of stalking orders against Steven Milner, 55, a retired animal surgeon.

I dated a Lebanese girl for awhile and she lived in the outskirts of the OC. I remember going to the store out there and thinking everybody was cousins.

The relationship ended because she wasn’t slutty enough and I realized I hate Mediterranean food.

That’s my experience with Oregon City.

I remember when their women high school teams were the tits. They had that girl with the Japanese last name

Lindsey Yamasaki. Incredible athlete. Played at Stanford, then USA Basketball and played in the WNBA for a bit.

She was 6'1 and was I believe the 3rd tallest player on the OC high school team. Those teams were so loaded.

Apparently a Kayaker went over Willamette Falls last night at around 10:30pm. Don't think they found anything, but the choppers were loud as hell until about 3am
