This happens EVERY time the Blazers start winning again.

The fair weather fans didn't think we'd get past LAC, so they didn't really care.

This happened after we beat Houston as well. The tickets against the Spurs sold out immediately, and then after we lose the first two games, the market was flooded by people who didn't care anymore.

I don't mind the casual bandwagon playoff fever fans, but I hate the ones who try to pass themselves off as blazer basketball experts whenever the team is doing well or poorly.

I hate when I hear someone try to pass off something they recently heard the announcers say on the most recent TV broadcast, or something recently printed in the paper or online as their own insights.

It's like whenever the olympics come around and everyone at work becomes and expert on curling or ice skating or some shit. "OMG Katerina Stuckupanova landed a quadruple axle last night!!" "The Americans aren't nearly as good at Curling as the Canadians, It's their sport, ya know, I hope they win"

On the night of Kobes retirement Chop from the Game (fan who gives a shit) went on the street to ask people about Kobe... Most people were pretty grascious, ahh I hated losing to him, but he was a great player.... I don't follow basketball so I can't really offer a valuable reference, Ahh I hate the lakers!!!! etc...etc... then the last guy.
