Not a Russo Fan was ready to flip the channel when he announced his program was about Jeter. At the conclusion I had to credit the man for a job well done. Stick Michael and Bowa put in some interesting comments. 28 September '68 was Mantles last game at Fenway with comments from Harrelson. Film clips were shown of the Micks last at bat and reaction from the Boston Fans. All that hoopla over Jeter and the gamer in him was more concerned about his team being out of the post-season. Russo also pretty much indicated that any Jeter detractors making comments on others being better could go FO. I hope they get that game in with Kuroda pitching his butt off, Jeter getting some hits and his team mates producing enough to win the game.
