Pick the minimum amount of change that would satisfy you.

I'm drawn to having a new owner, but that's a big risk. What if they're like Dolan/Fertitta? What if they move the team? What would be the ideal owner? I guess a Mark Cuban type who is prepared to splurge but also seems to be pretty hands-off on the team-running thing. Of course, Cuba kept the coach and GM and I don't want the new owner to do that.

(The benefit of a new owner would be that, presumably, they wouldn't be married to the "build around Dame" plan.)

I want both Olshey and Stotts gone. I like Becky Hammon, Chauncey Billups, and Dan Craig all as an option to replace Stotts. For Neil, it’s a little harder since I don’t know who’s good in the front office. And can’t really steal another GM. For that reason anyone who have worked in the Raptors, Heat, or Nuggets organization is fine with me lol

Whatever happens, it won't be enough. It will likely be Stotts, but CJ sadly will still be here.

Here comes the 'effort' stretch.

They wouldn't be down double digits much of the game if they would play like this more often.

Wow....MEM choking this away. Portland has a chance to ruin their Lottery pick and ensure that beatdown in the Playoffs.

Allen single-handedly fueling the Blazers comeback!

Just give this roster a chance with even an average coach

No real changes until you see how a new system works under a new coaching staff. Ideally that coach would be Hammon, or someone from the Spurs tree where moving the ball and defending is prioritized.

fire Olshey...fire Stotts...trade CJ....best things come in three's

Absolutely. If you want a second set of threes, how about:
1. Retire Melo
2. Play Nassir 25+ minutes every night
3. Do everything goddamned possible to convince Jones and Norm that it will be much better next year

The Blazers will never fully rebuild. They are deathly afraid of having another 2004-2007, which saw attendance and merch sales plummet and almost caused the team to move and Allen to default on the Rose Garden. They'll always do just enough to compete for a playoff spot and blow the "hope" smoke up the fan's ass to keep the gravy train running.

Bingo....we are just a satellite from the mother ship. We need to spin off for any big changes to happen.

I believe that upgrading the concourse restrooms at Moda would be sufficient for an 82-0 season next year.

Why would raunchy old pirate care about bathroom upgrades?

Flat-screen tvs in the stalls?

I was stating what would be necessary for team success, not my personal preference. My personal preference and practice is to pee off the 300 level into the crowd below.

Live streaming?

You could do it in a different section each game just like they do with the prizes!

So lie to them?

They need to fire Stotts NOW to convince Lillard, Powell and the others that this is a results based organization and show that there is accountability.
