How Do You Make FM07 Facepacks?

Does anyone know how to make them, i can create the player images on photoshop, but am having trouble with the config.xl stuff, i have downloaded the program FM CONFIGURATOR PROGRAM, but i dont know how to insert the images i make on Photoshop onto FM, through the Configurator Program. If anyone can help it would be great.

I have and it tells me how to do it, but i dont have a clue what they mean, if they did screenshots it would be much better.
