How to post a poll in a thread

I have no clue how to do it. Help?

Open up a new thread. Type some message as normal. Before you submit, look down at the bottom of the screen, there are some options. There is a check box for post a poll. Check the box. Then submit your post, and you'll be prompted for the poll options.
