Strange, I was just listening to that at the same time you posted this, haha...
It is a funny clip, but it really doesn't say much of anything in terms of the general population. I'm sure they interviewed hundreds of people with legitimate answers, but they pulled the few clips that would be funny for radio, probably from a sample of eventual non-voters.
Regardless, it's funny, and worth a listen.
I subscribe to Sirius and frequently listen to Stern, and the one thing I'll say in his credit is that he's got a good staff of writers on board. Stern is not really a funny guy in his own right, and if he doesn't have a good interview, I usually switch to music or sports, but these are the kind of clips that keep me coming back to his program.
