I've got to agree Vic, I mean when this team had that 10-11 game winning streak early in the season & started out 14-3 Met fans had this team as a playoff lock. Since then they've gone 26-36.

They have great young arms yet amazingly they put together a minor league offense. Alderson is a friggin clown as well.

Pitching is not there problem there offense just sucks. They need a big time bat & like Michael said, they may have to give up one of there young pitches to get it.

I think I heard recently that of the 14 HRs Granderson has hit this year that 10-11 of them have been solo HRs. Which accounts for his low RBI total. They need to get him more into the middle of the lineup then leading off. Collins is an idiot.
